Thanks illd. I learned a few things too when I was preparing it. I didn’t consider to separate the dimension of 2 dimensional position before! Cheers, John.

Great video full of such useful content. Presented really well, and clear.

Wanted to add to the audio section ie Sound Keys, a free alternative that Satya Meka has created some presets for. Going under the name of Spectrum Analysis

    http://www.gutsblow.com/Archive/5/audio-analysis-after-effects
    or its more permanent residence

    http://ae.tutsplus.com/tutorials/motion-graphics/create-a-sound-reacting-3d-waveform-animation-without-3rd-party-plugins/

Highly recommend visitors take a look at the extensive video tutorial and some of the created work using this.
